Who we are

Veyron Solutions (“we”, “us”) builds and looks after websites for small and growing businesses. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you use our quote or inquiry form, or email us, we collect only what you choose to send:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name
• The service you select, your business details and message, and whether you ask us to keep your details on file for future offers.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through this website.

Our quote form is handled by Web3Forms, which forwards your details to our inbox. They don't use them for anything else.

Why we use it

We use this information only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver the work you ask for. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Your consent

By sending the form or emailing us, you agree to us using your information for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to sales@veyronsolutions.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Where it is stored

The form opens your own email app and sends your request to sales@veyronsolutions.com. Your message is then stored in our business email and Google Workspace accounts, which are protected by passwords and two-step sign-in and accessed only by people who need it to answer you.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run our business (such as our email provider), and only as far as needed, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Clients: for as long as you're a client, and for the period tax rules require after that.

Inquiries: if you ask us to keep you on file, we keep your details until you tell us to remove them. Otherwise, after 2 years we delete your contact details and keep only your business name and the date you contacted us.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
• Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• Delete your information, unless we must keep it by law
• Stop using your information, or withdraw your consent

To make a request, email sales@veyronsolutions.com. We reply within 1 business day to confirm we have it, and complete the request as soon as we reasonably can. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, with no cookies and no personal profiles. Cloudflare processes basic visit data for us, such as the page viewed and the browser type. We use no other third-party trackers. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so loading a page does not send your information to a font provider.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
