Terms of service

About these terms

These terms explain how we quote, price and deliver our services. Each project is also covered by a written quote and a signed client service agreement. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement applies.

Services and scope

We offer three services. What each includes is listed on its card on our Pricing page and confirmed in your quote:

• Website Development, ₱75,000: a new website.
• Website Redesign, ₱45,000: a redesign of your existing website. Every redesign starts with an audit.
• Website Care & SEO, ₱25,000 a month: hosting, updates, small edits, search work and a monthly report.

Anything not listed in your quote is extra. Changes and add-ons are quoted in writing, and we start them only after you approve by email. Extras are billed at our regular add-on rates.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date we send them.

Payment

• One-time projects: 40% to start, 30% at design approval and 30% before launch.
• The 40% deposit secures your slot and start date.
• Website Care & SEO is billed monthly in advance.
• If a payment is late, we may pause work after written notice until it is paid.

Taxes

Our fees exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added where they apply. If you are required to withhold tax from a payment, you must give us the applicable withholding tax certificate; otherwise the withheld amount stays payable.

Revisions and approvals

Each project includes 2 revision rounds at each review stage. A round is one combined list of changes. Extra rounds and changes after approval are quoted in writing first. If we hear nothing within 10 business days after a written reminder, that stage counts as approved.

Website Care & SEO term

Website Care & SEO has a 3-month minimum. After that it runs month to month, and either of us can end it with 30 days’ written notice. A one-time setup fee of ₱15,000 applies to sites we did not build. Setup fees are not refunded.

Founding client offer

• Open to our first 5 clients, or until 31 March 2027, whichever comes first.
• Founding prices: Website Development ₱50,000 and Website Redesign ₱30,000. Website Care & SEO is not discounted.
• A founding spot is confirmed only when the 40% deposit is paid and the agreement is signed.
• The founding price covers the standard scope only. Anything extra is charged at our regular add-on rates.
• In return, you agree to give us a testimonial and a case study (both with your approval of the final wording) and permission to show your site in our portfolio. You can withdraw that permission for future use at any time.

Ownership

When you have paid in full, you own your website, domain and the content we made for you. We keep our general tools and templates and license them to you for your site. Third-party items, such as plugins or stock photos, follow their own licences.

Your content and accounts

You are responsible for the content you give us (text, images, logos and data), including having the right to use it. Please keep your domain, business profiles, payment gateway and other accounts in your name. You are responsible for your own customer-facing policies, such as booking, cancellation and refund policies.

No guarantees of results

We work with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, bookings or sales, as these depend on factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

Neither of us is liable for indirect loss, or for lost profits, bookings or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or anything the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect a signed agreement unless both of us agree in writing.
